Oh wow, I have gotten really bad at this blogging stuff. I just realized that Lydia's 2 month blog still shows on the page and I am about to do her 3 month blog tomorrow!!!
Anyways, as promised I have pics from not last weekend, but the weekend before. We went to the North Gwinnett football game Friday night and the kids had a blast. North won (as has been the case all year), and we are excited to go to the next home game.
Saturday, we went to one of the Cross Country meets that Scott was coaching and the kids loved hanging out as usual. They are easy because usually it's big open spaces where the kids can just run around and play. As you can see from the pics, the kids loved running around together and Lydia just hung out in the stroller. Later that afternoon- ok, I guess 10 is still morning, but when you get up at 4:30am for the XCountry meet, it sure feels like late afternoon- we went to Suwanee Days. We met up with some friends and their kids including their brand new (like 2 days old brand new) baby, Caleb. Harbin and Catherine had fun watching the parade with their oldest girl and their twin boys. We got to see JonJon and Matthew in the parade with the cub scouts and the kids got tons of candy, a beach ball, a frisbee, and a small American flag.
Suwanee Days was packed and we were pretty pooped, so we rode the train with some friends, checked out a few booths and headed home. The kids didn't seem to mind leaving too much and we were all very exhausted. The rest of the weekend was spent relaxing and watching football.
Enjoy the pics, but that's all for now. I plan to post tomorrow with new updates on Lydia as she is growing and new pics too!
The mom.
