The Sunday before Christmas our preschoolers join together with the K-5th graders at church for a Happy Birthday Jesus party during church. The PreK class puts on an adorable reenactment of Jesus' birth and this year, Catherine was in that class. She was an angel and did a wonderful job playing her part. She was very excited that Daddy got to attend, although he and Lydia left midway because her fever had spiked yet again.
The kids had fun singing songs, listening to stories, and decorating cookies. They also got a few crafts-to-go because we ran out of time, but that was perfect because they were able to do them with Lydia later on that week.
